hey, i'm back from chiangmai!

by golly, the trip turned out to be so much more fun than i thought it would be -

the food was fantabulously gastronomically whetting, the environment was breathtakingly refreshing and the people there were darn superr!

we trekked through mountains and jungles, and enjoyed rides on elephants and buffaloes.

we slept in rural villages of the tribal people and lived with them, not forgetting the cosy hotel we stayed in for three days and two nights!

oh, not forgetting some of us played rugby on a high altitude way above sea level with some villagers! the air there was real cooling and refreshing.

the night markets are really shoppers' haven, the whole lot of us shopped like crazy for stuffs like accesories, tees, footwear, foodstuff etc.etc.etc.!

all in all, it was a good experience, and loads of fun.
